We’re inviting everybody to support local film photographer Aia Solis as she holds her 1st solo exhibit entitled 2307.
Her photographs will be on display at the NOVA Gallery located along Don Chino Roces, Makati City. Aside from FREE admission, the opening night on August 5, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. will have food and drinks (until supplies last) to celebrate her art. The exhibit will run until August 19, 2017 so there’s plenty of time for you to drop by.
Visitors will get to see black and white photographs, all of which are processed with passion, depicting her battle against anxiety and depression. According to Aia, 2307 is inspired by the need for more awareness about mental health in our society.
To help you get excited, check out her photographs from her official Instagram account.

“Talking to myself, hearing the echoes of my own voice face to face, convincing myself of the validty or the futility of my existence. I hear my own voice but there’s nobody there Even as I lay myself bare I still can’t show the truth I hide within me.” // Words by @genesistiglao. Aia Solis picked up photography as a hobby during her sophomore year in college. A few years since graduating, Aia became a wedding photographer for 3 years before applying for a photography studio that specializes on baby portraiture. When she got her 1st DSLR, she resigned and decided to become a full time freelance photographer. She shoots digital for work, and film as a hobby.
Do drop by and show your support for Aia and the rest of the film community.
