Rezivot will turn your film camera into an Instax

Have you ever wanted to shoot high quality photographs and get it printed instantly? We’ve found this Kickstarter project called Rezivot that will allow you to do just that.

Rezivot is an instant film processor pack. But unlike the Fujifilm Instax, this can mounted to certain medium/4×5 film cameras and instantly print photographs. Gone are the days of under/over exposed instant photographs.

As of this writing, the Rezivot is available for the Mamiya Universal, Mamiya RB67, Polaroid 600se, and various traditional 4×5 view cameras – all of which will use Fujifilm’s Instax film. There’s also a square format pack although it’s currently exclusive for Hasselblad cameras only. If all goes well, future owners will get to produce medium format quality on Instax film.

It will weigh at around 400 grams including 2 CR2 batteries as its power source. That’s more weight to carry around and add to your already heavy camera.

The Kickstarter project will cost $219 a piece and will be available for shipping on March 2018. Currently, it already has 43 backers and gathered $10,215.

If you plan to support this, do make sure to grab as many of your friends to back the Rezivot as it’s on an ‘all-or-nothing’ campaign. This means that if it doesn’t reach their goal of $230,000, the Rezivot won’t see the light of day.
